University of Puget Sound Residence Hall

90,000 sq ft five story resident hall. Relocate existing primary feeders and fiber optics. Scope of work inside included electrical, fire alarm, voice data and access controls.

MRI Installation

Project consisted of removing an existing MRI and upgrading the physical size of the space that required modifying existing copper shielding. New MRI rated LED lighting with remote ballasts.

800 KW Generator Installation

Install 800 KW generator to provide emergency back up power to an entire 277/480 volt service. Work performed on an occupied Retirement Home in Tacoma WA. View our Method of Procedure for this project.

Target Downtown Seattle Flagship Demolition

Selective demolition of three street level floors in between five floors of parking garage below and a 25 story condominium tower above. Maintain power, telephone, fire alarm, elevators, fire pumps and ventilation control for a total of 16 months during demolition and reconstruction. During 16 months of construction accomplished with zero call outs to the Seattle Fire Dept.
